The media has perpetuated a myth that Obama will not support Israel. This has been by the Radical Right who didn’t want their members to support Obama, and the Radical Left who didn’t want their supporters illusion broken over who Obama really is.
I can assure you Barack Obama will not do anything to help Palestinians because that would cross AIPAC, and I’m sure he doesn’t want to deal with that sort of a vendetta.
In Obama’s below speech to AIPAC he promises $30,000,000,000.00 ($30 billion) to Israel over the next 30 years. Obama’s promises AIPAC unconditional support, funding, and weapons.
Strangely many media pundits have claimed Israel stopped bombing Gaza prior to Obama’s inauguration because Obama does not support Israel. This is misinformation at its finest.

According to Haaretz, the team will consist of Israelis who speak a second language — English, French, Spanish or German — to represent Israel in “anti-Zionist blogs”.
The aggression against the Palestinians in the Gaza Strip and the Hamas resistance movement left at least 1,300 people dead, and thousands others wounded.
According to the Gaza-based Palestinian center for human rights, only 95 resistance fighters were among the casualties of the 23-day war.
The massive number of civilian casualties in the densely-populated coastal sliver sparked worldwide condemnation. A fierce controversy was also provoked over the alleged use of white phosphorus, also known by the military as WP or Willie Pete, by the Israeli army in Gaza.
According to the Israeli Immigrant Absorption Ministry, Tel Aviv has sought to negate the bad publicity of its actions in Gaza with the help of an online team.
“We turned to this enormous reservoir of more than a million people with a second mother tongue” to contribute to this campaign, the ministry’s director general, Erez Halfon, said.
WHILE Israel fights Hezbollah with tanks and aircraft, its supporters are campaigning on the internet. In the past week nearly 5,000 members of the World Union of Jewish Students (WUJS) have downloaded special “megaphone” software that alerts them to anti-Israeli chatrooms or internet polls to enable them to post contrary viewpoints. A student team in Jerusalem combs the web in a host of different languages to flag the sites so that those who have signed up can influence an opinion survey or the course of a debate.
Jonny Cline, of the international student group, said that Jewish students and youth groups with their understanding of the web environment were ideally placed to present another side to the debate.
“We’re saying to these people that if Israel is being bashed, don’t ignore it, change it,” Mr Cline said. “A poll like CNN’s takes just a few seconds to vote in, but if thousands take part the outcome will be changed. What’s vital is that the international face of the conflict is balanced.”
Doron Barkat, 29, in Jerusalem, spends long nights trawling the web to try to swing the debate Israel’s way. “When I see internet polls for or against Israel I send out a mailing list to vote for Israel,” he said. “It can be that after 15 minutes there will be 400 votes for Israel.
Keep in mind a war has been waged on the media. Fair.org points out in the below video NPR was hammered for not favoring Israel when covering the Israeli Palestinian conflict. NPR became silent on Zionist human rights abuse.
I would like to revisit some history I brought up in my post on Constantine’s Sword, and the statements of Rabbi’s against Zionism. Rabbi Weiss has stated Zionism is an expression of nationalism to create a Jewish state. Judaism is the religion belief held by the Jews. Rabbi Weiss claims true Jews of the Jewish faith do not support Zionism.
Rabbi Weiss has also stated Zionism was started by Jewish Atheists from areas of Europe like the Soviet Union. It would appear to be true based on the history below. Zionism was a movement, not an expression of Jewish faith.

Palestinian demands for independence and resistance to Jewish immigration led to a rebellion in 1937, followed by continuing terrorism and violence from both sides during and immediately after World War II. Great Britain tried to implement various formulas to bring independence to a land ravaged by violence. In 1947, Great Britain turned the problem over to the United Nations.

Why is Zionism bad?
Many of the people in the Bush administration are considered to be Zionists. People like Richard Perle, and Douglas Feith. These men helped craft the Iraq War. The Bush administration was waging a holy war, but the target was Muslim’s in the Middle East. Perhaps this is simply something Carroll neglected to point out.
William Kristol could be considered to be a Zionist, and was a friend to the Bush administration. Kristol is the Chairman of the Project for a New American Century.
